Job Overview:

Aluxium is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in sales, account management, project management, customer support, and system configuration. This role offers a unique opportunity to be mentored by the co-founders, with a clear path to autonomy and self-determined priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Configuration and Solutions Development (70%)
   • Translate complex business processes into simplified, effective solutions.
   • Configure systems to meet clients' requirements efficiently.
   • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure the solutions align with their business goals.
2. Customer Communication and Support (15%)
   • Monitor email and company support channels.
   • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
   • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
3. Client Relationship Management (10%)
   • Meet with existing clients (online or in-person) to understand their business structure, culture, and processes.
   • Identify key areas where Aluxium can add value to their operations.
   • Conduct product demonstrations for potential new clients, highlighting the product’s benefits and addressing pain points.
   • Communicate costs and implementation timelines effectively to potential clients.
4. Training Material Development (5%)
   • Create valuable training materials to support clients in utilising the system effectively.
   • Ensure training resources are up-to-date and accessible to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis, account management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
